     Building Company “Diamant” Ltd. – city of Plovdiv is registered under company case No. 10791/ 1992ã. of Plovdiv District Court, with private funds and is with a seat of city of Plovdiv, “Samara” No 7 St and with director Boris Georgiev Kolev.
     The association is a family property. Founder proprietors are Boris Georgiev Kolev and Stojanka Dimitrova Koleva.
     The main activity of the company is:  

  •  Construction of residential, public and business buildings

  •  Construction of infrastructure buildings

  •  Wholesale and retail trade with constructional materials with store bases Filipovo station and Stochna gara Plovdiv station

  •  Transport 

  •  Real estates rent

  •  Real estates investment.

     The company has constructed and given with selection committee many constructional projects, residential buildings, shops, offices, restaurants, administrative buildings, store-houses, industrial premises from excavation to operation.

     The company has implemented constructional-assembly works of many sites in the country. As a famous “Executor” of constructional sites Building Company “Diamant” ltd was given a “CERTIFICATE” from the “Bulgarian Building Chamber” – Sofia for CHIEF EXECUTOR of construction sites, which is the higheast form praise for the activity and the opportunities of the company. In 1998 the company was awarded with the annual award “Golden Trowel” of the building branch, which is a complex praise for the quality of the implemented sites. 

     The quality implementation of constructional sites is guaranteed from the Governing team of Building Company “Diamant” ltd, who pays special attention to the quality already at the time of projecting stage and supervises the quality all trough the constructional works.

     The Governing team of Building Company “Diamant” ltd has the necessary professional experience and the requisite mechanization, has the requisite qualified specialists for qualitative and fixed implementation of constructional sites.

     Building Company “Diamant” ltd is one of the first private building companies in Bulgaria and is a member of the Building Contractors` Association and the Bulgarian Building Chamber.
