"EFIR" Holiday village – SUNNY BEACH

     “EFIR” Holiday village is situated in a calm and quiet region on a land with area of 3500 sq. m. located in the central street of Sunny Beach Resort Complex, just 100 meters from the coast and in immediate adjacency to the world-famous hotels “Victoria Palace”, “Marvel” and “Helena Beach”.
     The village consists of three independent buildings located alongside the land periphery and comprises:

  • Luxury one-room and two-room apartments;

  • Shops for foodstuffs, souvenirs, clothes and others;

  • Swimming-pool for grown-ups

  • Swimming-pool for children;

  • Water café – bar;

  • Jacuzzi;

  • Area for chaise-longues and recreation;

  • Parking - lots.

     Buildings are constructed with:

  • Reinforced concrete monolithic construction with brick masonry;

  • Building insulation – heat- and hydro-insulation of facades and roof with state-of-the-art environmentally friendly materials;

  • Facades covered with colour acryl-polymeric coats;

  • Electrical installation individual for each apartment with apartment electric board and with separate electric meter in the entrance main electric board;

  • Water and Sewerage supply installation with environmentally friendly PVC pipes and mounted water meters for each apartment

     The apartments are luxuriously accomplished and completely equipped and furnished and they have:

     Construction quality accomplishment of buildings in the village area is secured by Construction Company “Diamond” Ltd., which is one of the first private construction companies in Bulgaria. Company management team has great experience and it has constructed and realized quite a number of construction sites. Construction Company Diamond Ltd. pays special attention to quality as in design, as well as in construction and furnishing.

     “Efir” complex is unique with the fact that next to it there is a thermal spring with hot mineral water. In each bathroom (each bath) there will be a separate tap for the mineral water. There will be two Jacuzzis in the yard of the complex also with mineral water. From tests made by experts was established that the mineral water is not for drinking, because it is strongly mineralized. It can be used only for balneology and it is the second healing power in Bulgaria. The right of use of the mineral water is ¹ 003068 since 01.08.2003, signed by Minister for Environment Dolores Arsenova. Depth of drilling - 1 249 m. Water temperature - 34, 35 degrees.

     The village shall have all-year security, maintenance of outdoor water facilities, green areas and lanes.

     The holiday village shall be completed in August 2005.
